How to Reach Kashid Beach Resorts

Reaching Kashid Beach Resort is easy and scenic, making your journey part of the adventure. Located along the beautiful Konkan coast of Maharashtra, the Kashid resorts are well-connected by road, rail, and ferry.

By Road:
Kashid is about 125 km from Mumbai and 170 km from Pune. You can drive down via the Mumbai-Goa Highway (NH66) or hire a cab for a comfortable 3.5 to 4-hour ride. 

By Train:
The nearest railway station is Roha, about 50 km away. From there, taxis and local buses are available to reach the resort.

By Ferry:
You can take a ferry from the Gateway of India to Mandwa Jetty (Alibaug) from Mumbai. From Mandwa, it’s a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Kashid Beach Resort.

The Kashid beach is easily searchable on Google Maps. Simply type “Kashid Beach Resort” and follow the directions for a smooth arrival.

Kashid is best known for its pristine white sands and calm, laid-back vibe, and when you visit, you’ll instantly feel that peace. During my time here, I spent hours relaxing on the beach, enjoying the sea breeze, and simply soaking in views of the Arabian Sea, something you can easily do with friends or family. If you love photography or quiet moments by the sea, you’ll especially enjoy the early mornings and sunset hours, which are perfect for peaceful beach walks and capturing beautiful coastal views.

Kashid Beach Resort Beautiful Experience

I enjoyed local Maharashtrian cuisine, seafood delicacies, and continental favorites at Kahsid’s in-house restaurant. Fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and a beachside dining atmosphere make every meal a memorable experience.   • Prakruti Resorts
    My best pick for the “full-holiday package”: lovely villas (many with sea or mountain views), a pool, lush green lawns, and excellent amenities. Great if you want comfort + convenience + a decent mix of beach + resort-style stay.
  • Silvanus Forest Retreat
    Hidden among hills/forest — super calm, peaceful, and ideal if you want nature + quiet instead of crowded beaches. Rooms were clean and comfortable; the vibe is relaxed and low-key.
  • Golden Swan Beach Resort
    Beachside stay, easy access to sand + sea, which is ideal for a beach-loving getaway. Good for groups or families, easy vibe, simple but comfortable rooms, relaxed ambience.
  • Tropicana Resort & Spa Alibaug
    Balanced mix of resort comforts + beach-area proximity is good if you want a relaxing stay with some perks (pool, decent rooms).
  • Kashid Boutique Resort
    This is also one of the beautiful resorts in my picks, it’s located near Revdanda – Murud Rd, Sarve, Kashid. Here, luxury meets nature, and I had a peaceful homestay with my loved ones.

    Like me, you can also take a short 30–45 minute drive to Alibaug, where you’ll enjoy local markets, beachfront cafés, and the historic Kolaba Fort for a lively and cultural experience.
